The Partingtons ‘Carve it Up’ at Murray Bridge
Today was like stepping back in time to our childhood where we spent many days learning to ski at White Sands & Mannum.
Our kids lead from the front with many fears overcome and new skills learned as they got airborne on the sea biscuit, and mastered the knee boards.
Tanya Partington commandeered the lazy lounges and maintained her steadfast response when constantly asked to go in the boat or river by the kids – ” I don’t like water, I don’t like boats and you may as well stop asking me!”.
Jason Partington showed some skills both in and out of the water with some textbook skiing and lovely work on the bbq tongs. A little too much topless torso ‘peacocking’ for mine.
Kendra Partington strutted her stuff on the kneeboard and sea biscuit and continued to deflect any questions related to her infamous yellow bikini that simply ‘stopped the beach’ at Club Med 15 years ago.
Brett Partington looked like a stuffed sausage in a too tight wetsuit and life vest, and is now in severe pain after a breath taking ‘low blow’ incident with the boat wake. He is now bedridden with every muscle aching after a very poor (and brief) cameo performance on skis.
A great time was had by all and a massive thankyou to Nancy Arens and husband Rene who provided a fabulous day on the water for the Partington Clan.
